Not on Devialet. That needs to be configured (if possible) on router / switch you are using.

For my router (Asus RT-AC66U b1) there is no option in configuration - it has to be set using Telnet.

Oh, ok. Definitely I have not done it. BTW, my Dev is hardwired and not WiFi connected, while the laptop is just in the WiFi. Could this be the problem?

Wifi can absolutely cause occasional dropouts - particularly if your home and/or your neighbors are heavily hitting wifi.
