My phantom gold is not discoverable in bluetooth and when I press the wifi button it doesnot make any sound or movement... nor when I press the button 3 times for reset there is no sound and movement. I cannot connect in anyway.

Try pushing the button 6 times quickly, it should start "beating" and then you should hear a sound. Otherwise, unplug it then do the 3 button reset. Is this a new unit? If so, you may need an update, which requires plugging directly into your router. You will see the update on your Spark app.

I tried pressing the button several time but there is no response.... and spark app dont complete initial setup because the device is not discoverable
