Phantom II 95dB BASS Speaker Broken

Hello.

Somehow one of my two speakers have recently busted bass elements, it`s rattling insanely and the element is very far out from the chassis when playing music. I did`nt think it was possible to destroy these elements since it is an closed design with active amps.... 

Anyone else had the same issue? :/

This should not happen so just contact your dealer/Devialet to get it repaired or even replaced as a warranty case. Note that a replacement may look different so you should state that you expect to end up with a decent looking PAIR.
