Phantom II not updating to DOS 2.17.3

Hello,

i have to Phantom II 98 DB configured as a Stereo pair.

Both of them are on DOS 2.16.1

If i'm looking in the Devialet for updates the app says that it will download the update. But actually it stays in the download screen for hours without success.

Anyone has a clue how to install the update with success?
