It appears that Devialet's marketing strategy has taken on a note of desperation. Amazon USA offers the White Phantom ($1999), Silver Phantom ($2390), Dialog, and Phantom Remote, all available for immediate shipment, cost free with Amazon Prime. To me, a puzzling capitulation to the mass market--or is it Apple envy? Reading the posts on this site that suggest the implementation of Phantom is troublesome has cautioned me to reconsider my plan to use Phantoms in a second system. So much for the Devialet hyperbole. Still loving the sound of my 250 (with Aurender X100, into Uptone Regen, USB cable 5v pin disabled). Still hating the claptrap customer relations from Devialet.
