Phantom silver plus de son

Depuis ce soir une de mes silver ne fonctionne plus. Elle est tiède à l’arrière comme d’habitude elle apparaît bien dans l’application mais pas de son. J’ai essayé de l’éteindre et la rallumer  mais pas de son au démarrage. J’ai essayé de la réinitialiser en appuyant 3 fois à l’arrière mais rien se passe ,pas de claquement , les ouïes ne bougent pas.  J’ai appuyé le bouton à l’arrière 10 seconde rien. Débranché rebranché rien  mais elle réapparaît dans l’application. Je l’ai monté en mono quand je lance un morceau  l’appli fonctionne bien mais aucun son sort. Quelqu’un a t il une astuce pour la réanimer ?

Since this evening one of my silver has not worked. It’s lukewarm at the back as usual it looks good in the app but no sound. I tried to turn it off and back on but no sound at startup. I tried to reset it by pressing 3 times on the back but nothing happened, no clicking, the gills don't move. I pressed the button in the back for 10 seconds nothing. Unplugged plugged in nothing but it reappears in the application. I edited it in mono when I play a song the app works fine but no sound comes out. Does anyone have a trick to revive her?

My silver (105 dB) went "snap-crackle pop" about 2 weeks ago and since then it did not play any sound, but was visible in the app, et c. I contacted Devialet support and they could repair it for about €600, or offered to upgrade it (trade-in) to a gold (108 dB) for about €1600 (SEK 17900). I opted for the upgrade. I will receive the new ones (I chose to upgrade both silvers) on the coming Thursday, January 23.
