Don't know but it doesn't matter as I don't use the covers. I heard that these plugs are modified to fit. Someone else may know at this forum.

Since the unit's case is it's heat sink, not using the back cover reduces it's heat sink area.

Hi,

I do not think so I am afraid as the metal metal interaction from this detachable back cover, however snug, but not from the same piece, meaning it will be of a very minor impact.
By the way since placing the units side by side my temps are in the same area as everyone else reported (with or without cover). Before they temps were a bit higher but that I relate to Master was on top of Companion.

I own an original Petit Corona, but a friend is currently borrowing it to try out in his tube system, so I haven't tried it on my Devialet 200 yet.

I see that there's now a slimline version of the Petit Corona. Does the original one not fit under the back cover of a 200?

Will a HiDiamond P3?

I suspect the space under the 120/200 is different from (maybe bigger than) the space under the 250.

The Petit Corona I borrowed would not fit under the 250 cover. Maybe it was not the slimline version, I don't know, it was just what Sablon sent to me.

I have a Sablon mains cable -- I think I tested them at the same time as Rob (Rufus). I have a slight concern which is that the cable is very heavy and, unless properly supported (which is difficult), it puts a lot of weight on the Dev's mains terminal and over time this might cause damage. Am I worrying unduly?

The Petit Corona is pretty thick and does move the Devialet around if you move the cable accidentally.

Yes

What I'm worried about is the long-term effect of the downwards pressure on the Dev's mains terminal. The Dev is superbly built and looks as if it should withstand any strain, but it would be crazy to do damage to the mains terminals all for the sake of the putative, untested improvement in SQ from the Sablon cable.
