Does anyone know how much the Phantoms white, silver, gold consume in terms of wall power, at idle and normal listening levels? "Normal" being about 70dB or so?

So how is the refreshed phantom I in terms of power consumption when idle? Is there a better way to switch to standby than pressing the button on each speaker for a couple of seconds?
