RC measurement 7.1.1 - 7.1.3

A single measurement from each firmware version without changing anything else would probably show little or no difference. I do not know Dirac (use Audiolense), but Dirac forces one to measure several positions? If that is the case and single measurements is not possible, Dirac is not the right tool here as there are too many variables with averaging and mic positions.

Dirac does force you to take multiple measurements. However there is no reason why you couldn't take all the measurements in the same position. All be it a bit more time consuming than say using REW or FuzzMeasure.

You are correct, it is of course possible to use the same mic position for all measurements. However, we still have to average measurements. If the algorithm is good there is a chance that measurements of 7.1.1 vs. 7.1.3 be comparable, but I doubt it. A single measurement of each with for example Audiolense, FuzzMeasure or REW is definitely not any guarantee either.
