Radio- bitrates and volume default to 70?

VERY impressed by how Devialet incorporated Radio in the latest updates. 

However, my volume defaults to 70 when I go to Radio.  Anyway to change it to 35 as in Spotify? 
Also, what are bitrates of radio stations generally and how do I find out?
