Reactor 900 lighting up but not ‘clapping’ or playing audio

Hi folks, hope this is a sufficiently odd issue to merit my maiden post. I have two Reactor 900 in stereo setup. One behaves itself impeccably while the other will switch on but won’t ‘clap’ or sound the beep to indicate it is ready to play. I’ve attempted every reboot reset strategy known since Saturday 17 July and while the LED is lit, it doesn’t play music or indicate that it is ready to do so. It can be configured as part of a stereo pair but makes no sounds or vibrations. I’ve opened an incident with Devialet but I thought I might throw myself at your mercy! Thanks, Neil

You may have tried this already but hold down the power button on the back for 7 seconds ( or until you hear the speaker clap and power back on)

Thanks, Jon. Tried all available lore to no avail and Devialet graciously offered me a replacement via my dealer. Very kind of them!
