Reactors out of sync

According to our engineer team, Wifi 5GHz is more stable compared to the ethernet cable. 

I don't know who told you such a thing but I can guarantee you, no engineer at Devialet ever said such a thing.


There is a setting in the Devialet app for stereo pairs "Network sync interface" which allows you to force sync over wifi or PLC.

-> PLC is a good choice if your wifi is unstable or your reactors are far from the router. Obviously it works better if they are plugged to the same power plug
-> Wifi is a good choice if you have a strong and stable wireless connection (or if your electricity is cabled incorrectly within your house's walls ^^)

The default setting is "auto", try forcing either one or the other
