Spotify connect is of course a great thing. However in a home with a lot of Spotify connectable things... How do I rename the Phantom rooms to something more unique?

Example: "Livingroom" to "Livingroom 3rd floor"

Unfortunately you can't rename the rooms at the moment. If you send a request to Devialet support they might fix it for the next firmware update.
