Dialog-is there an upgraded Version?

I just purchased a second (white) Phantom for what I expect to be much, much better than one, and of course need a dialog. Searching for one online seems to a bit confusing as some say there is a "newer" version. Is this true? seems I can find one for $329.00 vs. the "new" version for another $50.

Secondly, I'm looking for the trestands so if anyone can steer me in the right direction, I'd like to purchase them from someone reputable.

FYI The AirPlay function on new Dialog still has a lot of issues when using with AppleTV

I'm planning on using spark for now. Don't have Apple TV, just an iPad and phone. Looking into tidal hifi as well. Spotify premium is fine now, but will compare once the stereo pair is up and running.
