Sennheiser HD 800

I fell out of love with headphone listening a long time ago, so I’m selling most of my rig.
The HD 800 are up first.They have had very little use and are in superb condition apart from one small scratch which I caused when I changed the cables over (please see photographs). 
Perfect working order and very little use. I clumsily took some paint off when I put the new cables on.
The pads were compressed so I’ve fitted a pair of Dekoni fenestrated Sheepskin replacements.
After fitting the pads I tried them on, put them back on the stand and that is where they have been ever since.
The headband is also in need of replacement; not from sitting on my head, but from sitting on an Omega stand! There are original replacement bands out there for about £25 and I saw some nice ones to match the Dekonis for about the same money, so I thought I’d let the buyer fit their preference.
The stock cable  has been replaced with a 4.5m Cardas alternative.
All original packaging, documentation, frequency analysis certificate etc. are included as are the stock cables.
I’m a bit rusty with the selling game, so if I’ve missed anything, or there are other photo’s you’d like to see, please hit me up.
I’m looking for offers somewhere in the region of £650.

Coming up soon, when I’ve had time to photograph it and get the box out of the loft, is a very clean Auralic Taurus Mkll headphone amp.

Price dropped to £600 ovno.

I’m having a major declutter of HiFi, guitars, amps, pedals, and anything else I neither use nor need. Stripping back a bit I guess you’d call it.

I’m dropping the price of these to 500 or any sensible offer, and I’ll keep dropping it until they go, but go they will!

You might have seen this ad on the roon forum and I know we’ve got members in common but I’ll leave the price on there at £650.

I thought I’d give my fellow Devchat forum members first go, as I’ve known you the longest😀

Since beta testing roon and using their headphone equalisation in Muse, I have decided to keep these as the new, model specific (even down to the fenestrated sheepskin pads) EQ presets make a huge difference to sound quality.
