Is Paul still making supplies? I thought from Antiones post that he'd moved that to another company so he could concentrate personally on design stuff? I was half tempted at the time....
Baconbrain, can't offer much advice either. 24/192 and DSD fine here but in Roon mode. Only did a couple of trials up-sampling with HQP and no dropouts there either. There are quite a few things in the chain - Roon core, HQP application, HQP NAA, plus the upswmpling processing so I'm guessing it's tricky to debug. If the networks solid gigabit, 24/192 should be problem free.
Maybe I just never found the 'sweet spot' filter but in the few 1/2hr sessions I did I couldn't tell much of a difference between any of them or between HQP and RAAT. So I abandoned. The HQP thing's lost on me - just seems really complicated. Am happier knowing I can sync zones by keeping everything Roon.
