I am doing a reset on my Spark and for the first time, a 'TERMS OF USE' pops up. To set up, one is forced to accept.
Anyone read through the entire thing? Typical of most Terms of Use, it's long and I did not have time to read through the whole thing.
What bothers me is that now to use the Spark and setup dialog, one is at the mercy of Devialet's term of use when all one wants to set up is to connect the hardware. If Devialet ever want to change the terms of use to whatever form they wish, there's no recourse by user who invested in the hardware.
Any thoughts?
