It might help, if you reserve IP address so CI card always gets the same one.

Ps. Is only Spotify not working? Can you use Remote app? Can you stream from computer using Air?
Ps2. WiFi with password in wifi_key.txt file does not work with CI. Planed reintroduction of this feature later this year (after Q1).

Hi Maxijazz, the IP is indeed reserved as I use Ethernet cable and not WiFi. The connection via air works fine. So I run Spotify on my PC am using air to get the output via the Devialet.

I run Roon on the PC and this works fine (without air).

Forgot to mention that I have tried resetting as well...

Maybe DNS resolution does not work? Is your router passing correct DNS servers to DHCP clients? Can your router act as "DNS server"?
Do you have a firewall on you network, configured on your router?
I am not network specialist, maye others, more experienced have better ideas.

Actually, this worked!! Now Spotify is up and running...

Thank you very much Smile

Glad i was able to help.
I suggest to send a report to Devialet software team with detailed feedback what was wrong and how it was fixed. I know they are trying to reproduce such issue (reported by others) to fix potential bug(s).

I think i have done few more things when trying to make Spotify work reliably.
1) I have also fully shut down amplifier (long push of power button on remote) two or maybe five times.
2) Cycled very slowly through all inputs few times, but stopped for 60secs or so on Spotify, before going to next source. My reasoning was that a Linux daemon might need to be started/initialized and needs some time to fully startup.

The factory reset (pushed power button on amplifier and held for several seconds without SD card in slot) have been performed as last step.

I have spent an hour trying different things in no specific order. I initially have blamed myself for doing something wrong, so i haven't tried to remember steps or order.

After started working well, the Spotify works flawlessly.

I’m giving up now...tried all the steps repeatedly....Sad

There is 1 more that worked for me with current Dos 2.2.0 beta12. Drop/remove Devialet as output in Spotify, then select it again.
