Hi all,
I have tried all possibilities and what Vivialet said is confirmed even with the default speaker assignement. To get SweetRoom functionnal for both speakers you have to use the right speaker template in the eq.txt file for both channels, but with different values for your left and right speaker. It works very well like this.
