Trigger in - Devialet Expert & Bluesound Node
#1
I have recently bought a bluesound node (n130) to stream my flacs to devialet expert 200. Node has a trigger out which should normally turn on the devialet. I have used a mono cable and from the devialet configurator I have turned on the trigger in. Unfortunately Devialet doesnt turn on automatically when there is a signal from the node. Strange enough I have realised that it turns off after sometime which i believe is based on node's turn off signal. Anybody has any experience with this?

I don't have first-hand experience, but a couple of suggestions that might (hopefully) help:
  • I'm pretty sure the trigger cable should be wired for stereo (3 wires) rather than mono (2 wires)
  • the "turns off after some time" part may be the D200's automatic switch-off on no signal, rather than something coming from the Node (might be worth checking in the Devialet configuration to confirm/disprove that idea)
