Can you please recommend a turntable for the arch and the gold phantoms for a newbie, hopefully not very expensive, easy to use and maintain ? I will use it occasionally. Thank you!

Can you hook the Rega Planar 3 directly to the Arch via RCA L/R? The Arch is its own phono preamp, yes?
