Unable to Create Stereo Pair
#1
I have a pair of Phantom 108 DB. Everything was working fine before I went on holiday.

When I got back, one of the speakers was missing from the stereo pair. I followed all the instructions on Devilet website to reset (unplug for at least 30 seconds, plug in, wait for one minute, press button for 7 seconds, wait one minute), however when it comes back up, it won't join the existing system. It shows as a separate speaker.

If I try to add it to the existing Stereo Pair, it does not appear as an option.
If I try to setup this "new" speaker as a Stereo Pair with the other speaker it says no other Devialet products are available.

I want to delete the "Available System" from the iOS app and start from fresh, but I cannot see anyway to do this. I tried logging in from my iPad instead of my phone, but no luck. Tried logging out and logging back in again, no luck.

I've tried getting in touch with Devialet, but they have not responded (useless....)

How to COMPLETELY factory reset the speakers?
How to COMPLETELY factory reset the configuration on the iOS app?

(How to completely eliminate the frustration of owning a brilliant but troublesome Devialet sound system???? !!!!)

OP here.

I was able to get both reset. But now I have two "systems". I cannot create a stereo pair. When I try to add the other speaker to one system it says "No Devialet products are available" When I try the other system I get the same message.

Still no word from Devialet Support ...

Help Please !!!!

Are the two systems on the same firmware version?
Are they up to date?
