Devialet's "Elevate" program details are here: https://www.devialet.com/en-gb/elevate-program/. It states "up to 35% off" when trading in an Expert for an Astra. For example, it shows 35% discount off the price of an Astra dual when trading in a 1000 Prol.

Maximum 35% discount when trading in a 1000Pro, they've got to be joking, now way am I going to pay 65% to upgrade to the Astra
