Hi everyone,

Hereby a description and some pictures of my current system which i am quite satisfied with. 


Power conditioner: 
PS Audio Power Plant Premier

Streaming setup:
HW: NUC7I7DNHE powered by Sbooster BOTW P&P ECO 18-19v MK2
SW: Roon Rock with Tidal Hifi

NUC to Devialet connection:
Linksys USB3GIG (USB -> LAN)
SUPRA CAT8 STP (LAN cable)

Vinyl:
Michell Gyrodec SE
Michell TecnoArm
Rega Exact pick-up

Devialet:
Expert 440 Pro

Devialet to speakers connection:
Nordost Frey 2

Speakers:
Wilson Audio Sasha 2

Congrats. Beautiful setup. Very much like your Sasha’s. Must sound fantastic with D440.
Would you say the PS Audio Premier is a significant upgrade to your system?

Hi sdn660,

Actually i bought the PPP back in 2010 many years before the Devialets. So I have never used the Devialets without - not even done an A-B test

That said, it was a huge improvement to my Lyngdorf TDAI 2200 i had at that time: More “black” background and much more relaxed sound.

Hi Vadstrup, nice setup you have there! One question, you are using a Sbooster BOTW P&P ECO, can you tell this is an sinficant inprovement for the nuc? I am looking for an upgrade for the hd-plex i am using but not sure what way to go...

 Aren't you happy with HD-PLEX LPS? I am about to buy a new HD-PLEX300 LPS for Synology NAS, Mac Mini.

Hi Bartype,

Good value for money upgrade i would say. Kind of same effect as the power conditioner: more silent/black baggrund and more relaxed sound. I have only tried the SBooster, so I don’t know how big the differences are between different LPSes.

Well, with the one i have i don't notice much difference between the standard power supply and the Plex...
