29 900 Euro acording to the Swedish distributor but we have 25% tax and Devialet are expensive in Sweden so perhaps the price is less in other European countries.

I never saw a 1000pro for sale. I would also never sell mine...difficoult to say. You can buy used D-premiers or 250 and upgrade them. I guess this way you will get a 1000pro for about 17K€

The Od'As upgrade is for free so I don't get the math. Who would buy an upgraded D-P or 250 for 17 when you can get an Od'A for 15. They are not that ugly and copper suits many places better than black silver.

I disagree. I could have bought an O'da cheaper but don't like the colour. If you are also thinking of resale value i reckon the chrome appeals to a wider audience than the gold.

What do you disagree on? There are plenty more chromes around, in fact only 100 in copper, so looks should be a minor factor setting the price. I still don't get the math. Guess we have to wait for the first 1000Pro to hit the second hand market.

I reckon a fair bit less if you hunted around, assuming the upgrades the same price when it comes back on line.

My guess (and that's all that it is) is that when the upgrades start again, it will only be after the new OS board has been released. My prediction is that all the Pros will see a bump in the pricetag since they will include the new board (as will future upgrades). This should then also bump the used market for those of us that get the new OS board for free whenever it is made available.

Of course, there's no telling what Devialet will actually do.
