I've started using Dione soundbar recently. Started with connecting my LGTV to eARC and all worked perfectly fine. One fine day out no where, the volume shot upto 100% without me triggering. I have tried all the hacks from the internet and also followed what the support suggested to from the TV settings point of view. But still it is persistent. From then I stopped using it.
From then, yesterday randomly I played some music from my Android's Apple Music and again to my surprise the volume when to 88% and then eventually till 100% and I could see the slider move in front of my eyes. It's too scary. I own a iOS device as well, so I discarded the Android app and started the registration afresh in my iPhone and started playing it using AirPlay and it is still the problem on that as well. Even on standby when I make it 22%, go back to sleep and see the status on the app in the morning, the slider will be at 100%.
I can't even debug this issue and their support takes tooo long to respond and quite slow. Need your help chat. Will be of great help!
