We Want RAAT

It seems that Devialet are claiming to be unaware of the demand for RAAT amongst it's user base.

You can also create a support ticket when asking for new features like Roon RAAT.

Devialet support system now has specific categories for new feature requests regarding the Core Infinity board and Expert.

I’ve been trying to post on the Core Insanity log, without success. At the bottom, it asks me to log in, which I do. I then have two options. 1: Press the Submit a request button, which leads to a series of options/ questions and opens a support ticket. 2: Press the ‘floating’ message button which doesn’t create a post on the log. What am I not doing right?

If you start typing in the box you will get text editing options and a submit button will appear at the bottom.

Also tried that option, but after 15 minutes the post went into 'Pending Approval' mode and never leaved that (as yet). My post from yesterday is still in that mode after 21 hours, but I can't speak to their 'chat' team as they only deal with Phantom owners.

Ticket raised yesterday regarding Pending Approval issue, but no response from Devialet as yet

Nope. Not working for me. I’m using my iPad so I’ll see if using the Mac makes any difference, but I️ don’t see why it should.

Their site sucks on an iPad - editing was impossible for me 99% of the time, the floating box is always off screen.

I also had a post pending approval. I think it’s a random thing that no one checks. I just reposted the same thing a day later and it appeared. The pending one froze forever. What can I say, it’s coding Smile

I am still not sure does Devialet even check these comments on the log site.

I created a list of people asking for Roon RAAT from these log sites and sent it to Océane. She replied to me:
