Where on earth can I learn about setting up Phantom Customs??

I was sold a Phantom 2 Custom by someone incorrectly listing it as a regular Phantom 2. Ive managed to get it functioning with Dante, but am running into bass limiting, which I understand is normal/common. I am getting absolutely stumped when trying to find resources to help me progress, and since the word "custom" is so common and non specific, searching isn't yielding me much. Any good tutorials or guides out there, or anyone willing to help?

Hello, I've heard about it for the first time and got curious what this is. I'm sure , you have already visited this resource. There's a FAQ section that supposedly has a setup guide. Otherwise, a helpline could help, I guess (you know this, too)

You’re probably hitting bass limiting because you’re not sending the subwoofer channel to it in Dante? Show us your matrix setup
