Select one of the speakers and you'll find the menu.

After selecting the speaker I only see this

Have I configured the stereo pair incorrectly and that’s why they are flaky?

Strange. It does look like part of the app is missing for you. Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Hi Guys,

Due to chips shortage, PLC function has been removed from later model (I believed it's S/N after P50N or P50P).
I's not a public information so you might not know about it .

That's really interesting and quite worrying. Glad I have older ones. @steve_denney Seems like you have a newer model without PLC as the serial number begins with Q.

Blast that is a frustration. At least the information is out there now.

I may have to try to connect each speaker to Ethernet not something I wanted to do. More wires which is what I was trying to avoid when I went to Phantoms.
