Hi guys,
I am wondering if anyone faced the same issue I did, and if some fixed it.
My setup is super simple: 1 Phantom Premier Silver, on wifi, that's it
The wifi stopped working a while ago (the old Devialet app was not able to reach the speaker, and there was nothing to do about it, restarting, resetting etc did not fix the issue.
The only thing that worked was Spotify connect (which makes me think that the Wifi chip was actuallt working, and it was more of a software issue).
As many, I experienced a lot of instability since day 1, reboot required often etc
I opened a ticket with Devialet support (who are absolutely terrible, the worst support service I have dealt with in my life...), tried to upgrade to DOS 2 but since then, it is even worse: the app is not viible in the app, and I am stuck at the initial setup step.
I tried to plug to Ethernet, no change.
The only thing that work still is Spotify connect. No bluetooth, no wifi, nothing
Anybody faced that issue?
