I also enjoyed the review but the congestion comment really angered me! It’s a combined r/l signal so yes the sounds are “stacked on top of each other.” The other item that really has annoyed me both in the store demo and the wired article - how is it possible that Wired or the Devialet store can’t afford a £5/$7 cable to split the audio signal left and right from a decent DAC??!!! Sheesh I can bring one if it helps. Stereo is not rocket science. Ok but other than that a nice article. I hoe they update it when stereo becomes available to the technically challenged. I hope to get a pair soon myself!
