connecting a turntable to Phantom
#1
Hello all,

I am loving the sound of my pair of Phantom Silvers!
I'm running DOS2 and have the Devialet remote.
Can you help me with the best options to connect my Rega P3 turntable to my Phantoms?
What are you using?

Thanks in advance!

Which means a RIAA box with an analog to digital converter and Toslink output. One such device is this: https://www.project-audio.com/en/product...x-e-phono/ but there are a few others too.

Thanks all.
I already had a Rega Phono stage so I ended up connecting the RCA outs to this converter.
The output volume is significantly lower than my other sources but it seems to work ok.

That converter looks nice. Low output is probably due to low-ish output from the Rega Phono stage. Does the manual for the converter say anything on input level for 0dBFS digital output? For reference a CD player often outputs max 2 volts.
