protocol for Ethernet input on Golds?

I too have delay when playing video. Yet my LG TV allows me to reduce the delay to almost none (in TV settings) .... but there is still a little delay i think.

Surely Devialet could simply implement a "movie" mode that would remove as much DSP as possible - accepting that might reduce audio quality a bit?
