New to Devialet family... just set it up... so far a rather sublime experience...

I love the gold Weiss MAN301, very special! Although in one photo it appears to have a interesting "L" shaped sofa facia effect, I guess it is just very shiny! It cirtainly looks good with the Devialet's.

One thing you might want to try if you have a quiet few hours to spare. Try running everything source wise through the PS Audio but NOT the Devialet's. Why do I suggest this? I did hear a D500 powered system a while back, which was running from a big PS Audio. I had heard the same system previously without the PS. In comparison I though that the system using the PS Audio lost a lot of impact and dynamics. This is based an a fairly short audition a while ago, and was with some fairly demanding speakers (KEF Blades) but worth a try if you have some time.

In fact it does get hot!! The slave unit was rather hot after few hours of play.... is this normal??? Huh

Thanks for the advise & suggestion!! I'll certainly try that... compared with the Blades, the 126's are even less efficient.... Sad

Those speakers look awesome!
Devialet Expert 200 (FW 7.1.3) / Magnepan 1.7i / Rel T5 / Foobar (WASAPI push 24bit) / AIR 3.0.1 public beta (best Air 3.x.x SQ by far) on Win11 23H2 (AIR is not running on newer updates)
