Thanks everyone for the ideas and feedback. Inserting a 10/100 switch did nothing to impact the dropouts. Still waiting for a response from Devialet. I’ve pointed them to this thread.
Quick update - I have been working directly with Devialet on this issue and it appears we have isolated it to how Roon interacts with the Devialet. It's NOT bandwidth, cables, cable routing, a router issue, router configuration, or speed of the ethernet port.
Devialet believes this is an issue that effects both Expert and Expert Pro users/firmware.
I'll keep reporting back on what I learn.
