I received a reply from Devialet support. They are updating their SAM database and say that is why I am facing the issue.

They offered to adapt my config file, so I can edit it in the configurator. 
I will do that and hope it helps

Devialet has updated/changed my config file. I received it by email.
I can now import this config and edit it. Good and quick support Wink

I'm still getting a blank screen when trying to edit my current settings in Configurator (using W10 PC + Chrome browser). Seems the only way around is to set up a completely new settings file, or email Devialet for them to update my config file? What a palaver
