Not that I'm aware of.
Let them stay in stable stereo first.

If you use 7 speakers and a processor that supports atmos, there are several ways to do it. It is meaningless to simply convert only atmos standard sound to stereo.

I have two Phantom I Golds in stereo configuration. These are the most recent Phantoms. I can confirm that Apple’s Spatial Audio in these when streamed in AirPlay 2 sounds incredible. When comparing the same track in regular stereo (which still sound great) to Spatial Audio, there is a distinct increase in audio quality. Try it yourselves. You must stream with Airplay 2, not via Bluetooth.

I have tried with Apple Music and airplay 2 or optical connection on my Phantoms gold (Norah Jones or Diana Krall in the "Spatial audio" playlist): strictly no difference. The official Devialet site says the Phantoms are not compatible with Dolby atmos or DTS: https://help.devialet.com/hc/fr/articles...lu-ray-etc- Si vous souhaitez utiliser Phantom avec votre télévision, voici quelques informations importantes à connaitre :

It's not that the Phantom are playing Atmos, they can't do it, unless you have a receiver capable of decoding Atmos and several of them connected to the pre outs :-) but some of those songs were likely remixed to spacial audio, then you have the same effect of listening to a different mix of the same song, they can sound better to someone's taste or not.

Well, whatever the process, the sound of a Spacial Audio track sounds much better than a regular track on the Phantoms. All you need to do is listen…

After reading this thread I tried spatial audio today in my family room. I have a JBL SDP-55 that can decode Atmos, an appletv, and a 5.5 phantom setup. I didn't hear a difference... Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
