Really curious why Devialet chooses for this cable out of all the different options.

Could be a reason but there are much more options with moulded connectors, for example the for the Devialet created Shunyata Z-PC10.

Shunyata Z-PC10 is around 10 times more expensive then the NRG-X3 if I'm correct.
That might be a reason.
Devialet Expert 200 (FW 7.1.3) / Magnepan 1.7i / Rel T5 / Foobar (WASAPI event 24bit) / AIR 3.0.1 public beta (best Air 3.x.x SQ by far)

Wow. Congrats!

The Shunyata Z PC-10 is a terrific power cable. I have one on my D200. But maybe a bit too expensive for standard delivery with any Devialet. Even the Original d'Atelier. Might be a nice upgrade in the future though.

I know but when someone is paying almost 30.000 euro's i don't think this will make a big difference. As a company i would deliver the best power cable possible with it and raise the price with 1500 euro's. People will still buy the machine when they are already willing to pay 30.000 euro.
