Power Cables
I have 2 S3 as I have an 800. One is 1,5m, the other 2m. I'm from Germany, so I have the EU plugs. No idea about the US plugs, but I guess you can ask Mr. Kühn from Audioplan about the dimensions.

Hello, Vivialet. Thanks for your INFO.

But the Plug should not matter, right ? I think on the Devialet side it is always the same plug. Only the wall plug is different. Or am I wrong ?

Hello, Vivialet. You are right. According to some online store, S3 would cost about Euro200 for 1.5m and Euro260 for 2m. Seemed its C/P ratio is pretty high.

I have been using 2 DIY-cables for some time now, but after buying a second D200 and went D400, I thought it would be nice to give PC a try. Today I got a good price on 2 LessLoss Reference PC and I thought I would give it a try, thinking that I could always get my money back if selling them, since I got a good price.
The difference was quite spectacular, I have only listened for a few hours but the soundstage has really widened and it feels almost like a veil has been liftened. It sounds more "live" in a good way. I will write a longer report as soon as I´ve listened some more.
I´ve tried other "tweaks" with the Deviate that I thought would make a difference but didn´t, and I really didn´t expect the PC to make a difference.

I'll have to agree with Johan on this. The DFPC Reference cables are simply amazing. The only downside is that they won't allow for the back lid to be on, but that doesn't really matter all that much when the improvements in SQ are so massive.

By the way, the designer of these cables (Louis Motek) advises against using any caps, coils and conditioning/filtering devices together with his cables. And he is right on this point. I had a Shunyata Hydra and I sold that straight away once I had heard that the SQ was a lot better when I used the cables like Johan; connected right to the wall socket.

Highly recommended cables!

Hallo, I have upgraded my power cable to the Graditech Voima 1

I think it is realy good, it is for sure far superior to the cable that it replace, a Xindak PC 03.

The soundstage have increased a fair bit, the sound is more relaxed and the layering (maby the wrong word) in the music is much eaiser to follow.

All in all, the compay get my higest recomadations, they also have a good return policy if you are tempted to try the cable.

Kind regards Morten Poulsen

Please share your opinion : i did some reorganization of cables and devices that connected and now my router (Aiport Exteme) is very very close to power cables of Devialet and Aurender , can it affect in any way the SQ ?

I have tried both Graditech Voima 1 Power Cord and Triode Wire Labs' Digital American on my Devialet 200.

Both power cords are great performers and provide solid evidence that good power cord is a must for Devialet.

What's clearly better is Triode Wire Labs' Digital American, where it edges out Graditech with much better imaging, wider sound staging and overall more compelling listening experience - it engages me much better across many different music genres. The best thing is that Triode Wire Labs is much cheaper than Graditech.

Hope my 2-cents is useful in selecting an 'affordable' power cord for your Devialet.
