Voting isn't possible anymore??

I'd like to know if I'm the only one who's having trouble voting..

Tried several e-mailadresses from friends and family, even created a new one, but none of them is receiving an e-mail.
I've checked the spam box too, still nothing..

I know that problem... maybe Devialet blocked voting from some IP?
