As I understand the speakers still have protection against self destruction. You could use an optical switch with your mixer as one input and a BT dongle with optical output as the other.
You'll need an ADC(analogue to digital converter) to convert the mixer output to digital. CYP has a couple of affordable solutions, I would have bought an old RME ADI-2 AD/DA or similar.
