I am sure Devialet has to offer far more to long term owners of Expert Pro who made several investments based on their promises. So after many years getting neglected just saying „come on invest again“ won’t work. Especially as the company outlook is also not as stable as it has been.
But remains to be seen how Devialet is starting to handle this. They either take commitment and approach their valuable customers with something they really appreciate and are willing to build trust again.
Or it’s just sales claims again which won’t change things as the underlying problems are not addressed.
