The resulting configuration files are different (at least for the master) if you start the configurator directly with a dual-mono configuration versus when you start the configurator with an amplifier and only then add the second one.
In all my previous tests, I had started the configurator directly with a dual-mono configuration.
I'm not sure that was the cause, but that seems to be the case...
There are plenty of other bugs with the configurator...... on my D400, when I played with subwoofers, I tried to set up one of the RCA as a subwoofer RCA output, if I just set it up as subwoofer output, the configurator allows but no signal comes out of that RCA. I ended up setting the 2 RCA as line out and then output the line out to the subwoofer, that works!
