Going way, way back to 2018 (I think) when Devialet first made the Expert Pro range Roon Ready we all installed the new firmware from Devialet and our Expert Pro's didn't show as Roon Ready. Someone asked Roon what was going on and if I remember correctly the fix was to restart Roon.
If restarting your amp doesn't solve the problem, try restarting your Roon app or rebooting the device on which you are running Roon.
