Hello everyone,
Today I connected to my Phantom I Silver via Bluetooth on my iPhone, and started playing music via Spotify. No sound comes out even though the speaker is connected.
I unplugged the speaker, plugged it back in and I can't hear the start-up sound. After several minutes I can see that I can connect via Bluetooth on 2 devices (my iPhone and my Mac).
But in both cases, I still can't hear any sound.
I tried to reset it by following the protocol on the iPhone application, but it was still the same: no start up sound, but the speaker could be detected via Bluetooth.
I've run out of ideas before contacting Devialet (who will charge me €600 to repair it, according to their website).
