DJ Controller to DAC (or something?) to Phantom 1 pair

Hi I’m not sure sure how to create a new post so I’ll try jump on this one..

I want to connect a dj controller to my four phantoms (2xI ,2xII) in my restaurant in order to dj via Djay Pro. Mono to all speakers is what I want. I am completely new to djing and hoping to achieve this via optical to avoid the latency issues. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
