I was genuinely excited when the new update for the Dione was released, hoping it would finally resolve the ongoing issues. Unfortunately, after performing the update, I am still experiencing exactly the same problems.
The recommended reset and the steps provided in the instructions did not help either. For a product in this price range, this is extremely disappointing. One would expect not only flawless functionality but also that any issues are quickly and reliably addressed through software updates.
At this point, it’s a complete disaster and severely affects the overall user experience.
Does anyone still have the previous firmware version available? I’d like to downgrade.
