I just moved and in the new house I can't use Ethernet. The house has three-phase power, so I haven't been able to use powerline adapters for one of the two Phantom speakers. On Wi-Fi, whether on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, the connection keeps dropping. Would assigning a static IP address to the speakers be a solution, or perhaps someone has another idea? It's a Wi-Fi system with Gigamedia access points.
Thanks !
1. Powerline adapters are always bad in stability and speed
2. use routers with MESH satellites AP.
3. if you are worry about IP issue, you can bind Phantom's MAC addresses to fixed IP in router's setting. But watch out of IP conflict issue.
