I am keeping them as a second set to the Phantom 108 golds I own. In fact, I had accidentlly caused a dimple (small indent) in one of the Premier woofers (bumped into it with a bicycle tire of all things), and just had it repaired by Devialet. I don't have a lot of interest in bumping up to the Ultimate. I don't know if the value proposition is there for me. I don't often play music at exceptional volumes and don't know if the improved fidelity at high volumes is worth the expense for now at least.
The ultimates are just also a lot better in sound quality at low volumes.
The are a great step on the whole frequentie range at low and high volumes.
