I'm sorry for your troubles with the speakers! It sounds like you have amplifier board issues. If that's the case, there's nothing you can do about it, other than contact Devialet customer service and ask for a repair quote. If it's the amplifier boards it's strange it happened to both speakers at the same time, I can't explain that. Have you tried to use them as single speakers, not as a pair?
